LOADING 

INSTRUCTIONS



Loading your programs



1	Switch on your Spectrum, or if you have been using your

	computer switch it off.  Wait a few seconds and switch it

	back on again.

2	Place the cassette in the cassette player and rewind the

	tape if necessary.

3	Press the NEW key on the Spectrum and then the ENTER

	key.

4	Press the LOAD key on the Spectrum and then two

	inverted commas: LOAD "".

5	Press the ENTER key on the Spectrum and PLAY on your

	cassette player.

6	The Spectrum will search the tape, the message

	"Loading" and the title of the program will be displayed.

	The program loads in two parts and will start

	automatically upon successful loading.



HAVING PROBLEMS?  Check that you have set the volume on

the cassette player to the current level.  Check that your

computer is correctly connected to your TV and cassette

player.  Rewind the tape and try again.  If the problem

persists your cassette player may need attention.



If there is more than one program on your tape.



TIME SAVING TIP - The first time you use this tape, reset your

counter to zero at the start of each side and note the

counter number where each program starts.  You will then

be able to find a program quickly next time.



Repeat the loading instructions to load another program.
