HOT-K Hands Off That Keyboard A Spectrum game for four players. No joystick allowed ;) Developed for The Spectrum Games Compo 2005 (cross-compiled category) This game was developed using Z88DK . by Guillermo Castares gcasta@hotmail.com Loading from tzx: type LOAD "" and press ENTER. Drive your arrow across the field and try to close your opponents. A game consist in 10 round. In a round when a player dies (because he crash against a wall) he/she gets a point for each player that died before. So the first player to die gets no points, and the last player to die gets 3 points. The winner is the player with the max. score after the 10 rounds. The game is funnier when is played between four human players. That is eight hands on the speccy keyboard! Soon the players will begin to notice that the action is not only on the screen. The action begins to slide to the players's bodies that begins to push & kick one to another. This could be fair if it's previously accorded ;) Courtesy rule 1: The player that disappears from the screen should disappear from the keyboard. This Keyboard is too small for so many hands! Courtesy rule 2: In a round, when three players are dead, the winner must suicide as soon as possible. Otherwise, he can try to put the other players nervous by drawing on the screen ;) Keyboard controls: UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT Player 1: 1 Q W E Player 2: 8 I O P Player 3: A Z X C Player 4: G B N M When one-player game is selected, it's possible to use the keys 1, Q, W, E (Sinclair joystick). This is handy to play the game in a Palm computer. Press CapsShift-Break to finish the round. Hold CapsShift-Break-SymbolShift to quit! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Get fun with HOT-K!
