The peaceful kingdom of Hecate has been invaded by the Xixon, an evil race of lizard-men who have reappeared after all were thought to have been vanquished by the hero, Kolt, over 200 years before. Kolt used an axe, forged from elf-metal by a sorceror, but the axe was buried with Kolt when he died, and the location of his tomb has been forgotten by most folk. Can you, Alaric Blackmoon, once a roving mercenary and swordsman, now just a penniless wanderer, find the lost "Axe of Kolt" and return it to it's rightful owner, the young king Kelson of Hecate??
