THE STORY
Back in AD 3112, The Interplanetary Colonisation 
Administration selected the planetoid Xanthius for human
colonisation. A vast army of construction robots built a
networks of Atmosphere Processing Stations (APs) on the
planet's surface.
Unfortunately, Station 11 malfunctioned and, due to the
substantial dollar value attached to the 8 pairs of processing
units, TICA have dispatched you, the very first "Protopod
Maintenance droid", to carry out the repairs.

THE GAME
The generator (A Thermoplasmic Discharge Unit) has
developed a fault. However, it is still erratically supplying
power to the APs, which have subsequently broken down.
Complete shutdown of an AP unit will result in the
atmosphere surrounding that area breaking down, forming
corrosive gases which in time will destroy the Protopod.
The state of each AP is displayed at the top of the screen
together with your life energy, which will decrease as the
atmosphere breaks down.
The energy level of each unit can be topped up or drained off
by the Protopod. The planet's native wildlife may drain or add
to your energy levels. Spare parts may be ordered from the
generator's terminal and will be beamed down within a few
minutes. Once all the APs and the generator are repaired
your mission is complete.

CONTROL
Q or Joystick up    : Jump
O or Joystick left  : Move left
P or Joystick right : Move right
M or Joystick fire  : Select option
J or Joystick fire & up   : Discharge
K or Joystick fire & down : Charge
To log onto an AP terminal wait for the protective weather
shield to open and stand on top of the unit then pull down on
the joystick or press A.
Compatible with +2, +3 Sinclair and Kempston joysticks.
